Well, it is both photographic evidence that I do, in fact, own pants...Two pairs, actually. I don't wear them very often (every few weeks, sometimes more, sometimes less).
It is also showing you this blouse that I prettied up a month or so ago, which was a plain ol' polka dot number from Forever 21.
I added the bands of lace around the neckline, and also the best part, the appliqued bird. He is taken from an amazing vintage dress that I owned which sadly never really fit properly and is made of really chintzy polyester. So it is now living life in the form of appliques!
PS: Looking at the photos it is clear that my eyebrows were enormous at the time of this outfit. I have since (thankfully) remedied that situation.

Oh please don't tweeze your eyebrows! Take it from someone who knows. I tweezed and tweezed for most of my life, and now they don't grow back. I am envious of your nice thick brows!

Yay, pants! I'm sorry to say that I don't wear dresses often, unless it's required really... sadly enough, I'm just not lady-like enough, as my mother would say. However, I do always admire them and would like to think I could talk myself into wearing them more often, especially with your daily inspiration as motivation! I'm just all about comfort and the extra breeziness kinda freaks me out... Weirdness, I know. But a shout out to hostess aprons, because you can wear them over pants and still look somewhat dainty! Yippee!

I am a sufferer of the thick eyebrow syndrome..yes...I've done the over pluck thing, and I've done the grown out and scary-thick thing. Now I think I've finally found a balance between the two that are just like the eyebrows that Goldie-Locks chose!

Ive never posted a comment but i just had to come out of the woodwork to say yay for other girls who dont where pants. I too own like 3 pairs of pants but would much rather wear skirts and dresses. most people look at me like i have three heads when i say this. you're super cute! love the artwork and love the outfits!
