Hello applets!
I am very excited about this.
I have received many-a-request for a larger print, and I chose one of my favorite (and new-ish) images to oblige them with, "She Came From the Earth". I plan to have a couple more poster-ish images available in the next few months to choose from!
This is another picture from the world of cotton-candy pink skies, and chartreuse grass.
The poster-print measures 10"x15", with a white border for framing. It is printed on gloss, 90 lb stock, and is signed and numbered by the artist. Each numbered print is part of an edition of 500.
And not to worry about the danger of shipping, your print will arrive soundly packed by me in a sturdy mailing tube.
On a related note, today I'm working away in the studio alllll daayyyy with no mail-room duties or errands that must be done in sight. The piece I'm working on is another small-scale sculpture of none other than our little stump-girl from "She Came From the Earth" (with a few minor changes). She's coming right along, and I should have images for you soon!
Oh! And thanks for all the props on the Hedgehog-crossing bathroom. I am still loving it very much!
Happy Wednesdays all around, and hot chocolate, and contented kittens for your laps, too.

Ever think of doing a print of your little sculptures in a setting or against a unique piece of cloth as the background? They seem to lend themselves to print as well as your paintings do.

I love that you're doing poster sized prints. Even though my apartment is much too small for anything very large, I'm glad others will get to enjoy your art on a bigger scale.
Is it strange to say, as someone who doesn't actually know you, that a book made me think of one of your blog entries? 'The Worst Hard Time' is about the dust bowl during the Depression, a factual history of the people and towns that lived through it. And I couldn't help thinking of your post about only wanting to wear things that were ruined in the war. Strange, I know.

a spectacular idea!
i was considering this also, but i am yet to find a way (financially speaking)that will suit my working process.
i adore the previous hedgie post by the way - i really ought to get more adventurous with fabric and quit this fear of it eating me.. or something:)

Love it. You are sooo talented.
Do you ever do anything with dragonflies, even just little ones in the background somewhere? I'll keep looking.

Is there a speciic place you go to produce your prints? Do you have any information you don't mind sharing? I like your site it's easy to navigate through.
