That painting is absolutely gorgeous!
The sky is so lovely that I could just stare and stare and stare at it.

ohmygod!
she's awaiting revelation!
her innocence and that look of humility is so captivating......but oh, what a time she must have deciding upon what socks/arm-warmers to wear of a morning!!

needless to say, im ever so slightly in love:)

You should be pleased with this one...it is exceptional! The sky is just gorgeous, and I must say your girls have the most unexpected bottom halves. :)

Too cute. I absolutely adore your paintings.

Hedgie plush?! Wouldn't I love that! I hope my internet will cooperate tomorrow.
Speaking of hedgehoggery, I took my pet hedgie outside to play today. She ran around in the flowers, ate a slug, and fell asleep under a log. I took some photos which I ought to post online sometime-- they could perhaps inspire a cute painting!

That was a fun scroll down! I agree--the sky is so pretty and love her pose/stripy legs etc. Almost like the Indian goddesses. I will be very regretfully missing the shop update but thinking of it!

I love that you said "on the morrow", do you also say things like "I am taking the horseless carriage to the store"...because I do, that's why I was wondering.

Hi Emily, I found your website last week and I am blown away by your creativity and skill! I live in Australia and I haven't found anything as wonderful as your work here. However, I wonder if you may like the work of Lisa Coutts http://www.lisacoutts.com/b/home.htm#
and http://neststudio.typepad.com/moopy_me/craft/index.html (though you may already be familiar with them.)
Can I ask what kind of paint you use?
Thank you for creating such gorgeous art for us to enjoy! Kind Regards, Donna
