Boudoir Queen

December 01, 2007 · Handmade Fashion, Indie Designers

Some of you may already know of this beautiful and decadent Etsy shop, Boudoir Queen. They make beautiful cuffs, lovely hand-dyed garments, and now they are making pretty dainties, too!

I have been on the lookout for just the perfect thing from them, although it could all be perfect (if it were the proper size).
Many of the product photos filling their shop are really lovely, too:

It makes me so happy to see, slowly but surely, more apparel designers that make really lovely, unique things creeping into the Etsy world!

How gorgeous! I love that shop! I also have a little baby obsession with burlesque decadence. Have you seen this lady http://www.viennalerouge.com/ - she makes all her own costumes! Fantastic!
Your blogs are so great to read and \i love your etsy shop!

I stumbled on this shop a few months ago... and I've been drooling over all the pretty garments ever since!! :) I agree, its fantastic that so many designers are really flexing their *unique* vision and skills, and marketing it! :)

That's so absolutely awesome. Looks like stuff some lucky chic would have pulled out of her stylish grandma's wardrobe. As I'm not that lucky, gotta bookmark that shop. Love love that one: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=7984205

Emily - SO cool. Love that jabot. In fact, I'm trying to figure out how I work that into a work-outfit. I mean, c'mon, I AM in a theatre department - it seems the best possible place for dramatic clothes!

PS have you checked out Louise Black on etsy? I recently discovered her things through someone on flickr. Very similar, I think you would love it!
