Since we all agree that good skirts are hard to find, I thought I might point out that good summer dresses seem to be plentiful these days! And dresses are such a perfect invention, as they require one decision, instead of the 2 or 3 that tops + skirts + pants ensembles entail.

The bottom two are so adorable...and the top dress is adorable AND affordable...double the pleasure! I just finished stitching up a summer dress for myself and I have been wearing her all the time! SO cozy! : )

The fabric of the first dress reminds me of the skirt you made in the previous post. A nice mix of retro print/colors.
