I think I posted about my love of this brooch around Christmastime over at ye old regular Black Apple blog. They went out of stock for months and months...but then it came back! And now it is mine.
I've been wearing it all the time. Actually, I think it is my favorite possession of the moment. It is from the great Chocosho online boutique, and is designed by the unfalteringly cute and perfect Princess Tina.
And the mustard sweater I'm wearing it with? I need to do a whole post about the mustard thing.

The brooch actually looks like your own work(in wooden silohuette),I love statement pieces like that,and love to buy them as gifts for my girlfriends!Have you visited Paraphernalia at ETSY ? I am anxiously waiting for a piece from that artist right now.It was going to be a present,but I'm thinking I might buy another ,either for her or me.

Very pretty. I think brooches/pins got a bad rap a few years ago with all of that giant fabric flower business, but I support a comeback if they look like this!

Who wouldn't want to take a ride like that. It reminds me of a show about Thumbelina or something like that .. that I saw when I was little. Those kind of things just get your imagination going. :)
