This is a beautiful painting emily. I adore the tin windup bird detail. Bekki used to collect these toys when she was younger and has a unique small collection of them. Your off to a wonderful start this year.
Oooh! Matthieu is wonderful! I seem to be gravitating towards the few little boys you've done, though Famous Blue Waistcoat is still my favorite (as he should be; he's mine!). Just lovely, Emily.
Oh, it`s a boy! It makes me so happy, because I admire greatly your work and all your girls with weird friends...but I actually have two boys...and I could n`t imagine to hang girls pictures in their rooms :)
I was always wandering, how would a boy look like.....
And now he is here! I so hope, there will be more to come :)
