Scenes from a studio

March 03, 2007 · Craftsy (Mine)

Just so you know...

Update_2

+
some little snippets from my studio that are making me happy today:

Some_girls_720  Some_girls_718

Some_girls_712  Some_girls_719

Some_girls_711_1  Some_girls_710_1

Remember those teensy sweaters? When they came down from the holiday-hullabaloo, they came to live in the studio. And that jar of pompoms has just been killing me (in the good way) all week long...

I'm about to go hole up and work, work, work...but before I go I've got to show off these new, adorable vintage repro sandals from Remix:

Corazongp1

I'm seeing the red pair happening in my not-too-distant summer future. They're perfect.

Happy Weekend!

Miss Emily,
I am in the midst of studiowork too...And, I just came in to do a computer run and look here, you have a new post. Lovely as always. I adore peeking into your world! Magical! Also, I am so excited you are purchasing the red. I wish I could too, Sadly, flats are not in my world. You see, I am a wee munchkin and if I do not wear a bit taller shoe, I might get squashed in a small crowd. I am 5' 2". :( It is okay. But, I was cleaning yesterday, realizing that I can not see over dressers or reach the top shelf in cabinets. I need a magic toadstool...Have a lovely day, toodles for now...xxo, Vanessa

Do you feel compelled to open up that jar and pop one of those pompoms in your mouth? Cause I would.

Also, did you get my message with the tracking number for the goodies I am sending you? I am so tempted to put a picture up of em, cause the anticipation of you getting them is killing me.

I've just checked out the link from your comment about the sandals - loving them by the way - how great is that company? As someone who works in theatre and often has to find specific period looking shoes that company is going to be a god send. Thank you! May also have to make a purchase now I've made the discovery!!

I love the little blue bird just wondering if he is one of your creations or someone else? Would love to know if he is not yours where did he come from? Thanks
