The Black Apple › Inside A Black Apple

Saturday afternoon presents:

September 02, 2006 · Artsy (Mine)

Saturday
These two are in the Shop right as of yesterday! The top one is a digitally colored version of this super cute original. I feel like a little wolfbaby sometimes. Deceptively cute, but actually quite ferocious...

The second is a bit of a collage/painting, and I am very taken by her. Enchanted, even.

"Trust the Man" was very cute & likable up until the last 20-30 minutes, in which it became very strange.
I'm always so happy to hear how much everyone loves Clive. On my sweet Kate's recommendation, I watched Second Sight, a BBC miniseries that aired on PBS. Of course, I quite liked it...the thought of my darling Clive going blind...I could take such good care of him. Ahem.

It is very chilly and windy and rainy here in Brooklyn today, so I think for me, it's going to be all cozy, all the time.

OOOh Emily I love the second one, her eyes are really mesmerizing.

i am glad the rain has stopped at least at this point this morning, a nice calm has come over Brooklyn. I didn't even bother to venture out last night, it was ridiculous out.

I love the top Wolf Baby print, some funny and colorful. Second Sight is really good, I went through a Clive Owen phase and had to watch via Netflix everything he was ever in.

Well... I'm glad dI came here! i've been working on my craft room (that's right, on, not in!) and wisecraft's has been inspiration to me. She has three of your paintings hanging on her walls, so I decided to check out your store AND your blog. And here I am in love.

by the way - that photo you took of yourself in the mirror is fabulous. i want to look like you!! i think i'm going to go back to dark brown hair. i think it looks lovely against my "milky" skin. oh how i love us fair-skinned maidens! i hope that didn't sound racist.
