Perfectly Worn

These were my big boot-purchase of last Winter, and I have to say, they've only gotten more appealing with more scuffs and weathering.
It should also be noted that I fail to see Spring and Summer as reasons to put the boots away, so we'll see how they play with the warm-weather clothes!

I like them a lot. I'm sure they'll look wonderful however you wear them and in what ever season.

I wear boots all year round too!
I love how chunky ones clash with flimsy summer dresses, it my perfect look! x

I just bought red flip flops and soooooooooo glad it is warm enough to wear them now. Your boots are cute, but my feet are sweating just thinking about them.

I had my eye on these same boots, but by the time they'd gone on sale, they were out of my size. Now I want them all over again. They are so so SO cute, Emily!

oh well, I'll just have to drown my sorrows in my silver crackle T-straps when they get here. =)

I'm not sure as to the ettique on this (I'm fairly new to blogging, so forgive me for any faux pas) - but I've just added you to my links from my blog, I did want to check that you didn't mind - if you do I will take it down.

I do love your way of dressing (it's simmilar to my own) and after tripping over your blog I thought it was something I needed to share.

My favorite boots were from J. Peterman. Chocolate brown calf and buff suede, laced. Well one pair of favs. I'm obsessed with boots, as an equestrienne. Well former EQ. But I even got married in boots, linen boots from J Peterman. My first good pair of boots were sidewinders from Tony Lama. I wonder what I did with them? I have so many pairs, "Beatle" boots, granny boots, cowboys, dressage boots and insulated riding boots, muckers.....your pair reminds me of the Famolares that were so popular.

Hi Emily,
I'm a run-down middle-aged momma who you've inspired. I'm taking a little more care of myself and having way more fun with my clothes thanks, in part, to you. Thank you for putting yourself out there and reminding some of us of the beauty and I daresay sacredness of getting dressed in the morning.

Someone please tell me who makes this beautiful boots! I realize I can't get them anymore but maybe they'll make another that is equally gorgeous. Thanks!
