I've decided that the O Basics from Sock Dreams are some of the very best, most cozy and perfect-weight over the knee socks a gal can have. I have them in red, but need to order a few more colors.
I know that's a crummy picture, but you get the idea. Very slightly slouchy, nice and long...I know I've sung their praises a million times, but they're always doing something right!
It looks like they're out of stock of most of the colors, but I'm sure they will have them back soon.

Aren't they great? I have a carrot orange pair that I LOVE. After seeing your post I figured I could use some more socks so I picked up a couple of pairs of pomegranate. :)

Gosh, I am so into wearing knee socks lately!! I need to buy some really soon--or rather I need some more colors! :) Definitely will order these after your excellent praises. :)

I Love Sock Dreams! They are from my home state-Which I miss, at least they have free shipping..Yeah! I have the O'basics in purple, and cranberry. Super-Super Comfy!

I found this store in Copenhagen, Denmark (you can find it in Paris as well, if you ever go there). It was a paradise of lace, layers, flimsy fabrics, romance, pretty, pink and twenties. I adore knee socks especially as I wear dresses everyday to work, but they seem to be very difficult to find in nice colours, or at all in the UK. When your blog directed me to Sock Dreams I got soooo excited, soooo many pretty colours! Thank You (Im just waiting for them to get more stock in so i can do a big order to justify the shipping cost to the UK)
The question is do i dare try the yellow OPastels with a fusha pink dress!?
