I really love this outfit from a few days ago..."Carnivale" enough for you? To me it was a little bit Sophie and a little bit Rita Sue, which is the perfect combination for me. If you've watched the show, you'll know what I mean...and if you haven't, you must do so. It is just the best.
I know I've posted photos of this slip-dress in the last few months, but here it is in a bit of a different context.
Those Remix heels really never dissappoint, especially when paired with the perfect just-slightly-slouchy over the knee sock. They are also the singularly most comfortable shoe I own, no kidding. More than my running shoes. All of the Remix heels I own are incredibly comfortable and well designed, and I'll sing their praises forever!

The Shoes! The Shoes! I've been coveting them since I first found your blog (those and your black Forever 21 doll dress)...I'm glad to hear they're comfortable too! It must be nice to be so leggy...I'm only 5'1 and have huge calves, so most OTK socks don't work for me.

oh, yeah, Carnivale was great - except it was really disappointing that it ended at such a cliffhanger. we really enjoyed watching it though.
speaking of Carnivale - besides having pretty frocks, it also had some really great music and made me want to find lots of 1920's records... especially now that we have this :)
