Flats with no socks! Very summery, I say.
This blouse has really gorgeous, Victorian/turn-of-the-century details, which are difficult to show you in photos...but here is an attempt.

Knee highs + tights are great for hiding the horrible mosquito bites on my legs I get when I don't wear knee highs + tights. Trust me, I've tried every imaginable concoction to repel the beasts.
