I recently got 90% of the Oddfellow's work back from the "image capture-ers" (which is both a whimsical name for what they do, and also a little awkward to say). But, awkward, whimsical, or otherwise, they give me beautiful scans of the larger pieces, so for that I am thankful!
So! Without further ado, here are two more little Oddfellow children. I think of them as sort of "spirits" of the school. The all-seeing eye and heart-in-hand are pretty direct incarnations of the actual IOOF iconography, so these are two of the most directly IOOF-ish of all of the paintings!

Josiah and I have one of our favorite friends in town, so we're trying to do a good job showing him the sights, and most importantly, the tastiest places in Portlandia! On top of that, getting ready for the big shop update on Friday. I'm excited! And crazy-busy. But mostly excited.
Totally and utterly off-topic, but I really loved this Storque piece from their Get The Look series. Looking at all of their suggestions made me wonder if I am an Edie-in-spirit, since I oohed-and-ahed over all of their selections.
See you soon!
