Here is some of the new work I've been making whilst in my homebound condition. They might be art imitating life, or they might've come from a deep fear that I'm missing the springing of Spring (and consequently, all the first flowers) in Portland. I'm certainly missing my long walks with Josiah...but I know they'll be back soon!
All are drawing ink on 8"x10" bristol board, and the image area for each is around 5-6"x7-8".
I'll have photos of them framed for you soon! I'm thinking that I'll do a mini-update for Spring, with a handful of these ink originals and some floral-ish dolls. I'm finally back in my studio (now that I can clamber pretty successfully over the few steps to get there)! Huzzah.
Happy Thursday!
