(Above you will see the little boy doll that I made as the first "test" of the boy-version of the doll pattern. He is now the boyfriend of my favorite little Pinky).

Philadelphia is a FUN city! The street cars are amazing and old-timey...cool art & the "get it done" east coast vibe sans the overwhelmingingness of NYC & the political powersuits of DC. Fabric Row (http://www.fabricrow.com/) is great....located on 4th Street....
& the cannolli's at Varallo's at 9th & Morris in South Philly are truly exceptional!

Since Philly's my home town, I had to come out of lurking for this: For the best apple dumplings, go to the Dutch Eating Place at the Reading Terminal. You can get them warmed, to go, and then get a scoop of cinnamon ice cream on the side from Bassett's. Welcome to Philly!

My city! It is a great place. Great art, great neighborhoods, cool peeps. Northern Liberties is a cool artsy area. Great store: Art Star (you probably already know about them).
