Hoorah for all of the bird-loving yesterday! Oh, and after getting quite a few fans of the shade clamoring for more info, this is what I could track down: the shade-makers have a (kinda sad looking) Found Images site, and there seem to be some online boutiques that carry certain designs (I didn't happen across the bird shade, unfortunately), but this boutique carries them: Fly-bird.
I have to get to work painting pretty faces on the currently face-less dolls whose legs you see up top! And make some tiny shoes. And do some packaging. Time for pink lemonade and an evening in the studio, my dears!

hi emily- thanks for sharing the shade website with us. i believe the bird shade is there on the 2nd page at top. their website is a bit sad i must agree. i can't wait to see what your dollies look like when you're done...maybe one day i'll get lucky and get my hands on one. oh! and i'll be in athens in about 3 weeks...i think we're going to see a maserati show with our friends that live in atlanta i'll be thinking of you and secretly wishing i could meet you..such a small world, eh? have a wonderful, creative evening!

Emily,
Boy, do I love peeking in. Your birdies and my birdies intersected the other day..And the girls found it, "Oh so amusing."
Like I was saying. I love peeking in, and your studio could be in Arizona with those colors and star by night...Very Cafe Poca Cosa.
Back to work, by night too....xxo
ps: I think Mr. Lovee is having an affair with Greta. I saw them staring at eachother...eek!

What a perfectly atmospheric studio you have! (That sounds like something the wolf said to Goldie Locks!)

are those laughing cow cheese triangles with your tiny toats? they are the best!
ps i have the same spice rack, but your labels are much prettier than mine. i did mine during a deep obsession with my dymo labeler (which some might say has not yet ended).
