hi Emily, I just stumbled in on your blog from a link from I've forgotton where already, but they have very good taste!, I was intriged by the name and came fora visit. Umbrella girl is gorgeous as is all your artwork ( in fact I love it so much I'm adding you as a link right now!) and I've been to visit your shop too, very tempting!!!
Be back often to visit and thanks for adding a smile to the end of my day!!!!
The term "Umbrella Girl" where I live is used to describe the prostitutes who sit on the side of the road under umbrellas. :D I have often thought of painting my own Umbrella Girl, only much sweeter as you have done. I enjoy your art a lot. Its beautiful and happy.

I love the umbrella girl - it's what we are doing at the moment with all our rain.
